Auslogics is looking for an outstanding call center specialist to join our team full time by telecommute. Requirements: - Excellent spoken English skills - Professional knowledge of the Windows operating system - Online technical support or system administration experience - Experience in telephone sales with proven record of success - Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve computer problems based on indirect information (good familiarity with the principles of antivirus and PC optimization software operation a plus) Responsibilities: - Receive customer calls - Provide technical support for company’s paid products (including help with purchasing, installing and activating the software) - Sell remote tech support services meeting sales targets - Provide remote support services (including connecting to customers’ PCs to diagnose and resolve problems) What you get: - Work by telecommute as an independent contractor - Full-time position with career potential - Get extensive global market experience - Work in a positive and professional team environment - Hourly pay plus commission paid from every sale of Live Assist services – from 5 to 10% (depending on whether you meet targets)
