ProData Consult Ukraine is looking for Project Manager (ERP system implementation). The candidate must have: - strong PM skills and experience in implementation of complex IT systems / good leadership skills / planning & schedules; - knowledge/understanding of business processes in industrial companies ; - background in IT from 10 years (preferable complex systems); - hard working; - western approach in the management; - experience in industrial companies (preference - individual production); - experience with international companies, high level of energy; - excellent English; - communication skills and ‘motivator’ for the organization Task: To manage the process of ERP Implementation in the factory. ERP – Mars (specific system for shipyards Current stage of the project – some modules has been implemented, they are going to change the system, do the search for the new one.
